Our President/CEO
Jonathon Duhamel, Founder, CEO & President of DECH, has over 15+ years’ experience ranging from design engineering to industrial construction to commissioning and maintenance of various low, medium and high voltage power systems.

With experience in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean, Jonathon is a seasoned expert who provides on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for high-voltage equipment in various sectors. With leadership skills and extensive experience, he leads projects, mentors junior technicians, and collaborates with clients to ensure optimal performance, safety compliance and overall business success.
